Terms and Conditions

Once confirmed orders may not be canceled, returned or exchanged. All orders are final sale.

The buyer is responsible for any and all applicable import duties, taxes, customs or any other fees.

Please keep in mind that the colour you see on screen may differ from the product, due to reasons such as differences in screen calibrations and lighting.

The seller reserves the right to cancel any order. A full refund will be provided less fees. 

FAQ

1) How long does it take for my order to arrive?

Orders are shipped from Toronto, Canada. Shipping times will vary based on the type of shipping method selected at checkout, please carefully read the descriptions on each shipping option. Tracked shipping is offered and is highly recommended for all orders.

2) It says you don’t ship to my country!

Don’t worry! If you don’t see your country as a listed shipping option please send me an email at spacebarwastaken@gmail.com and I will see what I can do to add your country to the shipping profiles. 

3) What should I do if I think my package has been lost?

Once your package has shipped, please contact the shipping company. If your package status is "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipping company to resolve the issues. 

If the shipping company returns your package to me and it is reflected in your tracking, please contact me. In this case, I can offer you two options:

A) Refunding your order (excluding shipping fees)

B) Have the package reshipped (with an additional shipping fee added)

To mitigate any potential issues, we recommend the shipping with tracking option.

4) Are orders refundable?

All orders are final sale.
